Being a private editor has gifted me amazing friendships with fellow photographers around the globe and I love saving you time and helping you feel confident in your work-life balance. I'll be honest though - you will only get as much out of this relationship as you are willing to put in.
Just like you, I too want to deliver a 5 star service and consistent, spot-on edits. A smooth and powerful workflow like this is only possible if we sync up our schedules and communicate our expectations clearly. To be able to serve my clients well means being intentional about who I work with (just like you and your couples). That's why I only team up with professionals who:
• Update me regularly about their scheduled weddings
• Are honest and upfront if they ever decide to stop outsourcing
• *Outsource with me at least 10 weddings/sessions per year
• Notify me in advance if they won't be sending an otherwise scheduled wedding
*I do occasionally have time to edit one-off catalogs so feel free to reach out about this.
1/4 catalog prep
After shooting a wedding/session, you import into Lightroom and edit a few sample images from each lighting scenario to serve as anchors. (This helps for a more accurate and fast way for me to adopt your style. It could just be 2-3 images from each section or if you post sneak peeks those would serve the same purpose.)
2/4 exporting & sending
Next you export all the final raw files as a Lr Smart Preview Catalog and send them to me as one zip file through Wetransfer.com

3/4 editing time
I download the catalog and edit your photos with attention and care (one-by-one; no blind batch-editing here!) Then I return the catalog back to you via wetransfer.com and email you that it's ready.
For a wedding under 800 images the average turnaround is 5 business days, for weddings over 800 images - average is around 7 business days
